Well I did it! The 60 day challenge that I posted about earlier was completed on 10/31. I have to admit that my eating game was less than spectacular but I still made great progress and found some workouts that I absolutely love.
The challenge was pretty simple as far as the “rules” go, complete 4 of the 6 workouts provided each week. What I love about Hannah Eden’s workouts is that there is a different format for each day which keeps things fresh in my opinion. Over the 60 days I would say that there were only 3 weeks where I did not hit all 6 workouts for the week which I thought was pretty good for my first go at really getting back in shape.
As far as my results go I dropped a pant size, which equated to a little over 6 pounds and my energy is like no other which is really what I was after. It has made such a difference in my day to day it just amazes me. I actually get a little bit of anxiety if I don’t get my workout in. I initially paid the subscription to do the 60 day challenge but will be keeping it because that is just how much I love it.
